I've known Bryan through going to the Nuffield for years and bearing in mind I started going there when I was 11 and I'm now 21 it has been a long road. I started to run out of steam and then met Bryan, he not once made me feel like how I felt was invalid or silly, but he pushed me and motivated me to try new things to help my condition, even on my bad days. And I would try them because I trusted and respected not only his judgement but that he would help me with it all. He was a kind and funny man, I remember joking and chatting with him while doing the things I was supposed to at the hospital and the fact that he was so warm and willing to have a giggle made it that much easier. I can't say enough positive things about him he was a an absolutely wonderful man and truly made such a positive and memorable impression on everyone he worked with, especially this scared little girl trying to get better. I am grateful to have known him even in a lesser capacity and so my thoughts are will all who loved and were loved by him. I will always be grateful for the impact he made and the confidence he have me and I will always remember him. - Amelia
